Markley AbilityWorks is a peer support and advocacy business based in Rhode Island, built on the belief that support should start with a person's own voice and goals -- not someone else's plan for their life.
Too often, systems are built to manage people with intellectual and developmental disabilities instead of empower them. Markley AbilityWorks flips that script, walking alongside adults with I/DD as they build self-advocacy skills, pursue employment, manage money, and connect with their community.
What makes this approach unique is the combination: real peer support grounded in lived experience, paired with 16 years as an IT specialist and a Bachelor's in Cybersecurity. That means support isn't just talk -- it includes help actually using the tools that connect people to the world, from tablets and smart home devices to telemedicine, and troubleshooting them when they don't work.

A little bit about me -- I am a person with Autism. I'm an Eagle Scout, Podcaster, Photographer, Public Speaker, Business Owner, and YouTuber. I'm the founder of Nathan Markley Studios, a media company and podcast network. My mission is simple. If my videos, my content, my story can help one person, then I know I've done my job.
